We stayed in a guest room with a lovely bathtub. The room had a mini-bar, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Near to alexander nevsky cathedral. One of the dining options, Hugo was 10 mins walk away. Studentski Grad neighborhood is worth looking into...

Satisfactory for everyone who stays for overnight and goes away in the morning. A bit far form the center, but good for those who have business in Lozenets area. Also has easy access to Ring Road and the airport. Parking is protected by guard, though it safe to park a car.
Can be sometimes noisy because of very dense road WiFi can be tricky, but worked fine last time...

The hotel offers a good service at a good price. It's comfortable, clean and the staff are helpful and professional. It's a bit far from the city centre but still it's a good choice to stay in Sofia.

We book a Deluxe Room(2 persons) in a very good price of 32 euro per night, breakfast included. The room was exactly as the pictures, clean and modern, with sound proof door and windows, and bug protection net on them .Wifi internet was excellent and metered at 11.23 Downstream and 13.76 Upstream with 27ms Ping at 20th of July 1134 local time. Minibar prices was reasonable slightly above super market prices also. Breakfast was good but it could be better by adding more bread selections except from the typical white and black slices. Sofia weather even in the middle of July didn't make us desire the use of the air condition, something helpful if you care touring and walking the city without extreme heat conditions. Staff was kind and the two elevators of the hotel do their work fast in lifting you up and down. Location is excellent us an area, in a road full of foreign embassies but not walk able to the nearest metro station. Buses 67 and 102 however are frequent(never wait more than 10 minutes in the bus stop) and take you in about 10 minutes to the nearest metro(Dimitrof stop of the red line the 67 and European Union stop of the blue line the 102). Prefer 102 in your return to hotel from down town because its more frequent and EU stop in located just one stop from NDK, where the down town is located with the start of the Vitosha Boulevard. If you coming up late dont hesitate to take a taxi from Vitosha or downtown, even with double night tarif it will not cost you more than 7 Lv(3,5 euro). However insist the driver to activate the meter and before you enter check the price per kilo meter in the back side windows of the taxi. The price must not be more than 0.78Lv or something similar, to avoid taxi scams.
After the first night of our stay, i notice in my elbow apx 15 bites of some kind of bug. Taking in consideration that a bug net is protecting the entry of mosquitoes in the room from windows, and the so many bites concentrated in one point, i think that was something on the bed that bite me. Beyond that, the bathroom of the room was in excellent condition with two notices however. We locate ants in bottom of the bathroom floor, near the door, and a small part of wood missing from the door, where the ants find refuge and probably have a nest. For that i notify the reception personnel. Also in the bathtub there is no a plexi glass or at least a curtain protection, so every time you make bath, water are filling the floor. The two free power sockets of the room, one wall plug, and the other a free position on a power multiple plug, are located both entering the room to the right(Room 401), in the area where TV and Minibar are located. However this is apx 6 meters away from the bed, so every time you need to plug or charge something, you have to go and leave it there. Beyond the above however the overall experience was very good.
